The Coaching program is for people who have had enough and crave change, and as a result you will find your joy, trust yourself and develop intuition to help you take on any problem that comes your way in a calm and graceful way.
Sessions look different for everyone, as each person is unique, and there is never one shoe fits all. The techniques I use stay the same, though; I focus on patterns and values, habits and routines, communication styles and love languages; I integrate meditation and inward reflection, breathing, manifesting, and books and resources I’ve come across over the years.
Each session will last 45 minutes via Zoom and will start with talking, sharing, goal setting, strategizing, and giving you a chance to chat about whatever is on your mind.
Sometimes we do meditations and breathing exercises, other times we do guided experiences, which is when I guide you through an experience or full body relaxation. Sometimes these take up the whole session, sometimes they’re shorter if there is a need for more talking, feeling, and expressing emotions. Each session can look very different depending on your need.
We will always leave time at the end to share any final thoughts and feelings that arose during the session. After each session we will always strategize and make a plan for the week so you can stay on track and feel supported in between.
I will check in with you once a week or more, depending on the plan you choose.
I use a variety of modalities and approaches, including Gottman Therapy, Strengths-based approach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), habit-stacking, meditation, breathing, and yoga philosophy. We will usually spend part of the session talking, reflecting and strategizing, and part of the session in some form of body/somatic healing, whether it be meditation, breathing, or simply focusing on the feelings in your body. I pull in ideas and methods that I’ve learned and collected over the years, and continue to learn more as I face new challenges myself and meet new people. One of my intentions going into each session is to hold a safe space for you to explore whatever you need.
I’m also currently in school for social work, where I’ve been learning about childhood trauma and patterns, and the relationship between our upbringings and early relationships and the patterns we tend towards in our adult lives.
